I believe yoga is for everybody—and every body. Contrary to popular belief, absolutely anyone can practice yoga. Yoga movements can be adapted to suit every body regardless of gender, age, size or physical limitations. Yoga is all inclusive.
The yoga we practice is ‘your yoga’, specific to you. What another body can do is of no significance, it’s about honouring and respecting your body – it’s about you.
Yoga isn’t just a physical practice—it’s a journey toward mental clarity and emotional balance. On the mat, you learn to breathe through challenges, find focus in the midst of chaos, and reconnect with your inner calm. Whether you’re seeking strength, stress relief, or a deeper sense of presence, yoga meets you exactly where you are.
Our classes are all about helping you to de-stress your mind, energise your body, and feel truly supported on your own yoga journey. Whether you’re new to the mat or have been practising for years, each session meets you where you are, blending movement, breathwork, guided meditation and relaxation in a safe, welcoming space.
The yoga movement we practice is Hatha yoga fused with a touch of Tai Chi, Qigong, Yin and Restorative yoga.

Through long-held, supported shapes and intentional breath, this practice offers a soft landing if you're feeling sensitive, burnt out, overwhelmed or just plain tired and need to find stillness.
